75 London Wall Development (Winchester House)

Ruddy are delighted to have been awarded via Multiplex , the washroom/ toilet package at this prestigious redevelopment.

The 75 London Wall project , historically known as Winchester House is a major £1.2 billion redevelopment of the former Deutsche Bank headquarters in the City of London. Led by developers Gamuda and Castleforge, the project is transforming a 1990s office building into a best-in-class, sustainable workplace destination.

Expansion & Space
The building is being expanded by approximately 40%, with five additional floors bringing it to a total of 13 storeys and around 690,000 sq ft of internal space.

Sustainability & Retrofit-First Approach
Championing circular economy principles, the scheme retains 89% of the existing building fabric, including the original limestone façade to significantly reduce embodied carbon.

Public Amenities
Plans include a new public garden, Prior’s Garden, a 200-seat cultural auditorium, and more than 20,000 sq ft of accessible roof terraces.

Economic & Social Impact
Scheduled for completion in 2027, the development is expected to accommodate over 5,000 workers and reinvigorate the surrounding streetscape through enhanced pedestrian connectivity.

Construction officially commenced in January 2025, and the project is regarded as one of the largest and most significant commercial redevelopments currently underway in London.
