Fast track fit-out of new show apartment. Scope included design, co-ordination and strip-out of existing office and complete fit-out including services within an occupied office building.
Our scope included feature ceilings, stone wall / floor and feature finishes, extensive bespoke joinery, metalwork and glass and specialist panelling including leather, horsehair and fabric.
Complete services package included mechanical, electrical and plumbing incorporating feature lighting and incorporating high tech IT / AV requirements throughout.
Project completed on time and on budget, despite restricted access.
