01 Jan 2019 – Full time position vacant – Purchasing Administrator / Assistant Buyer
This is a role that can be developed and expanded for the right candidate.
Control of the administrative function within the busy purchasing office and facilitate clear communications within the supply chain.
To support the buyers and assist with placing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, from the correct supplier, at the right price and at the right quality.
A selection of activities will include;
Typing & issuing purchase orders, responsible for the control and ordering of the Company’s office stationary, tracking hire equipment and asset purchases on various construction sites, co-ordinating supplier invoice queries, liaising with our suppliers, chasing up key delivery dates, ensuring all supplier certification and paperwork is correct and conforms to the buyer’s requirements etc.
