Ruddy were contracted to deliver the back of house fit-out works for Lendlease on this prestigious development with works from B3 to Level 40. The scope included the following:

• Timber door sets (FR)
• Metal doorsets (FR)
• Ironmongery
• Screed
• Ceramic tiling
• Changing rooms fit-out (lockers, vanities, cubicles, mirrors, decorations)
• Partitions & Suspended Ceilings
• Residents Lounge Fit-Out (Stone, timber panelling, fireplace, timber flooring, decorations, kitchens, white goods, FFE)
• Washroom Fit-Out (Local MEP, cubicles, vanities, stone, decorations)

The project included a range of hi-specification finishes for fit-out areas such as the resident’s lounge which serves the apartments in the upper part of the building. RJL worked closely with the supply chain to overcome issues around the selection and movement of materials during Covid lockdowns as well as updating safe working methods to protect people at work.
