Our scope included exceptional quality joinery and fit-out of the luxury apartments, involving off-site design benchmarks / mock-up, detailed selection of specified materials to exacting standards, extensive design development, large scale manufacture both in house and fully managed outsourced manufacture, and installation on site to zero tolerance and zero defect standard, including flooring, doorsets, wardrobes, wall panelling and feature specialist joinery, glazing and metalwork elements.

Additional packages of works included complete fit-out of show apartments, including bespoke manufactured fitted furniture, fabric and leather panelling and other wall / ceiling specialist finished, 2nd fix services and decorations.

Quality standards achieved by full involvement in design process and on site setting out and monitoring of all trades to ensure finishes were not compromised by preceding works.
