The redevelopment of Grade II* listed 3-10 Grosvenor Crescent brought the historic terrace back to its former 19th century residential grandeur after years of institutional use. The development includes five grand apartments arranged over several floors and seven lateral and duplex apartments. The grand apartments have their own entrances and hidden terraces. A secure tiered underground garage provides parking for 21 cars.
Our scope included the full fit-out of the 59 bathrooms with various natural stone including Cremo Delicato, Grey Carrara, Calacatta Carrara, Moresco marble, Namibian White, Statuario Venato and Grey Marquina. Shower screens, sanitaryware, and upper and lower vanity units.
