Ruddy are extremely happy to confirm they have successfully completed the WC Fit-Out works @ One Leadenhall London during 2024. Working for Multiplex on this commercial development since late 2022, the Fit-Out works scope included the WC cores and shower areas ( Basement 1 . Ground mezzanine, Ground floor, 1st to 4th floor , 6th to 29th floor and the 32nd floor ).

One Leadenhall sits adjacent to the Grade II*-listed Leadenhall Market in London, on the site of an ancient Roman Forum.

The new building is 36 storeys (176.6 metres) tall and will provide 40,000 square metres of office space, two basement levels, ground floor retail units, and a restaurant and public terrace on the fourth floor with views of St Paul’s Cathedral. The first four storeys match the aesthetic of the nearby older and lower-level buildings, from level five upwards, it becomes a quintessentially modern glass tower. Designed by the award-winning architecture practice Make, the One Leadenhall development is BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Gold and EPC A ratings.
