Working for St George Homes (Berkeley Group), Ruddy have ensured completion of the carpentry and joinery package within Block D, Beaufort Park. The agreed scope of works for Ruddy included, internal doors to all apartments, laminate flooring for private apartments & vinyl sheet flooring for social apartments. Wardrobes for all private apartments, bathroom 1st fix carpentry and vanity mirror units etc.
This final phase of St George’s Beaufort Park development in Colindale, London, is scheduled for a phased handover from 2024 to 2026. This final phase, known as Block D, includes 485 homes, both private rented and affordable housing options. The development features high-quality interiors, integrated appliances, and private terraces or balconies. Residents are already moving in, with some homes available for rent and shared ownership.
Since acquiring the former RAF aerodrome site in 2003, St George have transformed Beaufort Park into a thriving mixed-use community with 3,337 private and affordable homes, over 90,000 sq. ft of commercial space including a nursery, pub, restaurants, cafes, shops, green spaces and walking/ cycling routes.
